Born and raised in Charlotte, NC. I’ve been an artist ever since I could hold a pencil. I was introduced to Architecture in 7th grade while learning about perspective in art class. I took Architectural Engineering classes throughout high school then went on to get my Bachelors from East Carolina University in Architectural Technology Design. While attending East Carolina University I spent a full spring semester studying abroad in Italy. Learning about art history, taking art classes, photography, experiencing Architecture and was fully immersed in the Italian culture. A few years later I received a Master’s in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I was offered a job within 2 months of graduating and I’ve been in the Architectural field since 2021. At some point in undergrad, I began to think of architecture as life size art that we all interact with. My background in art and engineering has helped me approach architecture from both a creative and technical perspective and I believe that is what has propelled me to where I am today. I am constantly exploring different ideas and learning from the failed ones to improve on in the future.
